15 May Allergy-Friendly Chocolate Chip Cookies
Being on an allergy-friendly diet can be really hard…can I get an amen on that?! I do my best to make sure my family doesn’t feel like they are missing out and that often means making things from scratch. Turns out Tigernut flour makes great chocolate chip cookies! I hope you enjoy the recipe!!

Allergy-Friendly Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 tbsp Neat Egg (follow directions on package)
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 cup Almond butter
- 1/2 cup Tigernut flour
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips (We like Lily’s or Enjoy Life)
Preheat oven to 350
Mix Neat egg with water, then combine with the rest of the wet and dry ingredients (minus the chocolate chips).
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Scoop onto parchment-lined baking sheet
Bake for 10-15 minutes
Gently transfer to a wire rack to cool.
