Apple is now the clear leader with a 64 percent share of the market for desktop computers, according to a new report by data firm Forrester.
The tech giant also leads the way with more than two-thirds of the total, followed by Microsoft at 19 percent, Lenovo at 12 percent, and HP with 10 percent.
Forrecer’s report comes after a new survey of more than 2,500 U.S. PCs, found that Apple leads the PC market, beating Microsoft and Lenovo by more than 20 percentage points.
Google is the second-place contender with 10.7 percent market share, followed closely by Apple with 9.3 percent.
Lenovo was third with 6.9 percent share.
Lenovo’s PC sales are projected to reach $11.8 billion by 2021.

The study found that the most popular PC was the Lenovo ThinkPad X220 Chromebook, which sold more than 22 million units.
That model sold the most PCs during the survey period.
Microsoft, on the other hand, has more than doubled its PC market share since last year to about 14 percent.
While it is not a perfect indicator of the PC business, Forreter said the number is “significantly higher” than what it would be in the absence of Microsoft.
“The rise in the number of PCs with a Windows 10 operating system and increased use of Windows 10 Mobile devices makes it more difficult for Microsoft to maintain its market share,” Forreer said in a statement.
